Located in the central part of the Palm Beach County Florida, Delray Beach has been hailed as one of the premier vacation destination in Florida. Its beautiful white-sand beaches are renowned throughout the country. As a matter of fact, the city has received a number of awards for its natural beauty like the. Some of its awards came from the American Coastal Coalition which has recognized the city government’s efforts in restoring the pristine beaches. Another one came from the Travel Holiday Magazine of which it voted Delray’s beaches as the top public beaches in the southeastern United States and even included the said beach as one of the top 35 beaches in the entire country. The city’s beaches are certified as clean, healthy, and are well-maintained by the Clean Beaches Council.
